Located directly opposite the recently completed Saigon Centre Shopping Mall and Takashimaya, this gem of a place is accessed by a surprising authentic local alleyway and stairwell that builds anticipation and makes the journey into the apartment all the more interesting! Oh. And lights. Incandescent. Such great decor, a compact and yet spacious design, coupled with all the basic amenities. The value is quite good considering how it is possibly one of the best locations in District 1. Highly recommended for couple or single travellers.

Very solid construction (it's a converted building with concrete floors and brick walls). Instant response from Thi's housekeeper whenever I had an issue or a question. Centrally located, the Saigon Centre shopping mall is across the street and the Ben Thanh Market is a short walk away. While the apartment isn't large (it's basically one big room, with the bathroom in an alcove), because it isn't partitioned into smaller rooms it has a feeling of spaciousness.

This apartment was amazing, just as per described on their listing, if not even more impressive! It was very contemporary and stylishly designed, not to mention immaculately spotless. The location was most ideal within District 1, and a short walking distance to numerous cafes and bars. Thi was also the best host we could ask for, providing useful tips around the area as well as sharing insights on the history of the building which housed the apartment, allowing us to appreciate it even more. I will definitely check out the rest of their listings during my next visit to Vietnam, and will highly recommend them to my friends as well!
