What is your cancellation policy?
1) For a full refund, cancellation must be made FOURTEEN (14) days prior to local check-in time on the day of arrival.
*Please note that we are unable to offer a 100% refund as there are transaction fees imposed by PayPal. Typically, we deduct 5% from the refund amount to cover these fees.
2) For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made SEVEN (7) days prior to local check-in time on the day of arrival. This is to defray administrative charges.
3) Please note that you will be charged the full price should you cancel in the SEVEN (7) days prior to local check-in time on the day of arrival OR in the case of no-show.
Note: “Check-in time” is set as local 2 pm (HCMC time: GMT+7)
Can I order something special to make my stay unique?
Bouquet of flowers, bottle of wine or champagne, fresh local fruits, or perhaps handmade chocolate… These are few extra things which can make your stay exceptional. Feel free to contact us to arrange.
We are a larger group of people - Can we all stay in the same apartment?
We have stated the recommended number of people who can stay in all our apartment listings. The good news is that we have a growing number of apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms that can cater to larger groups. In another instance, we have also a few (studio) apartments located in the same block. Kindly contact us to if you have any further queries.
Do you allow smoking in the apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments except for where there are balconies. We hope you understand that this is for the consideration of all our guests.
How can I spend my free time in HCMC?
HCMC is a vibrant place filled with interesting things for you to experience. From street food tours, photography guides to shopping recommendations, our hosts will be sure to find you something interesting to fill your spare time. In our apartments, you will find many interesting books for your reading pleasure. Our TVs are also equipped with a wide selection of international cable channels
Can I do laundry at the apartment?
Tomato Projects offers guests’ laundry service at a nominal charge. Most items are ready the next day. Kindly contact us for details.
How do I get to the hotel?
Tomato Projects Homes are all located in the city centre (District 1). It’s a 5 – 10 minute walk from most of the major attractions and the main boulevard of Nguyen Hue Walking Street. From Tan Son Nhat Airport, it takes a car or taxi about 25 – 30 minutes to the city centre, depending on the time of day.
Are you apartments suitable for business travellers?
Many guests of ours are frequent business travellers to HCMC ranging from large companies to startups. Our locations are in the heart of CBD, so most of the major offices are within 5 – 10 minutes walk, which means you don’t have to deal with traffic. Most rooms have a desk for you to work and are also equipped with fast Wifi. For other requirements like meeting rooms and translators etc, our hosts are able to find you a solution. Do you provide a shuttle service?
We can book a private car hire for you not only for airport transfers but also for private use – our hosts will be happy to assist you.
What about breakfast?
When you check in, our hosts will always point out cool & happening breakfast places in our neighborhood.
Can I come with a child / Can I have an extra bed in my apartment?
Yes, we can provide baby cots for children under 3 years old free of charge, subjected to availability. Do let us know in advance.
Will I receive confirmation when I book?
Yes, it will be sent to your email account automatically.
How do I change / cancel my reservation?
