Very solid construction (it’s a converted building with concrete floors and brick walls). Instant response from Thi’s housekeeper whenever I had an issue or a question. Centrally located, the Saigon Centre shopping mall is across the street and the Ben Thanh Market is a short walk away. While the apartment isn’t large (it’s basically one big room, with the bathroom in an alcove), because it isn’t partitioned into smaller rooms it has a feeling of spaciousness.
