Thi and her staff (Ngoc), have always been gracious and extremely accomodating. The apartment is clean and accurate. 1st floor residence makes it very easy to come and go. The location is awesome! You are literally right in the middle of the heart of the city. Downstairs has a convenient store, and the apartment is walking distance to many great breakfast, lunch, and dinner locations. Also, added marks for the apartments proximity to some great drinking holes! I will rent this apartment again.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. Don’t let the facade of the building fool you. The apartment itself is amazing and very true to the pictures. Honestly, it’s better than the pictures let on. The design itself is beautiful and the decor was spectacular. Air conditioners are perfect. Small balcony to get a breath of fresh air. 24hr doorman so checkin is Super easy. The location is perfect for walking around to the parks and sites. Great, reliable Wi-Fi network. Thi is Super responsive and helpful. I would recommend this to family.

Can’t express how satisfied I was staying at Thi’s flat. I’m very impressed with the subtle detail, and the attention given to every corner of the bedroom to the living room. Aside from the detailed aesthetic of the flat, I had a super comfortable stay. Thi was accommodating and very responsive prior to and during my stay. Will certainly stay here again when I’m in HCMC.

Thi's place is a nice little studio with a lovely design. Great for 1 traveler, a little tight for 2 (there's no privacy in the bathroom). It's up 4 flights of stairs, so travel light or steel yourself for a long hike. When you're not carrying huge bags, the stairs are charming. There's a lovely restaurant on the 3rd floor, and the owners are kind and welcoming. The studio is right in the middle of the city, so it's loud - sounds like you're right on the street. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, but if you like city noise, you should be just fine.
